If you are inquiring about an application form we don't use one.  The application process has been made as straightforward as possible.

Join us?

If you are a Craft Soap or Toiletry Maker who is working in compliance with the relevant legislation then you are welcome to join us - please contact us for more information - We are currently inviting applications for membership:

To join the Guild we require the following:

1. We'd like to see copies of the product safety certificates issued by your chemist, a sample of certificates will suffice if you have a large product range OR a letter from your chemist confirming that they have safety checked your products and how many.

2. It is a condition of membership that public liability insurance be held. Although we do not ask to see copies of insurance documents it is each members responsibility to ensure that they hold such cover. Failure to do so invalidates membership immediately.

Please do not send originals of any documentation

We DO NOT ask to see details of the formulas that you use to make any of your products - this is commercially sensitive information. Kindly note that any information you share with the Guild as part of your application will be kept confidential. We will not be keeping any information that we do not need. Guild membership is offered entirely at the discretion of the Guild.

Kindly note that we do not offer membership to resellers or suppliers of products in kit format
